Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). The Company does not store or have access to full payment card details.
By subscribing or making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

All IZZY TV subscriptions are prepaid and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date. These subscription terms are disclosed during checkout before the purchase is completed.
Access to IZZY TV begins immediately upon successful payment. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except as provided under our Refund Requests for Unused Subscriptions policy, as otherwise approved by IZZY TV, or as required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, including directly through your account. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not reverse any payments already processed or automatically generate a refund, even if the cancellation is made immediately after a renewal charge.
Your subscription will remain active, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid billing period.

We understand that circumstances can change and that mistakes can happen.
If you purchased or renewed a subscription directly through IZZY TV and have not watched any content, you will be eligible for a full refund if you submit your request within 30 days of the charge.

Requests submitted after 30 days, including those involving subscriptions that have not been used, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds outside this period are not guaranteed and remain at IZZY TV's discretion, except where required by applicable law.
In exceptional circumstances, we may approve a partial refund for an annual subscription at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
If approved, the time the subscription was active will be recalculated at the standard monthly rate of $16 per month, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
If you subscribed to IZZY TV through a third-party platform, such as Apple, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon, your subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests may be managed directly by that platform and are subject to its applicable terms and policies.
In such cases, you may need to contact the platform directly to cancel your subscription or request a refund.
