During the chemotherapy treatments, Eran must freeze his
sperm to improve his chances of having his own children. As
his future closes in on him, his anxiety increases. After he
cannot convince Michal to take the experimental treatment in
Boston, the relationship ends. Michael realizes she doesn't
have much time left, so she decides to fulfill an old dream and
fly to Mexico, ending her life there. After the sudden death of
her close friend, Hani, the feelings Michal has for Eran, and her
ultimate desire to live, lead Michal to give an opportunity to
the treatment abroad and prompt Eran to continue his fertility
process.
