Eran is informed by Prof. Hecht that he must undergo
surgery immediately. Micheal encourages Eran to have the
surgery as soon as possible, but he can't handle the news and
refuses, and a loud argument erupts between them. Eran is
tormented by the diagnosis, and he runs from the hospital,
followed by Michal. An adventurous night ends with them
having sex on the beach; then Eran fulfills an old dream of
performing standup for the first time. After the performance,
Michal collapses and is rushed to the hospital. While Michal
is being treated in isolation, Eran decides to have the surgery.
