There is a constant stream of phenomena taking place in life all around us. On a day-to-day basis we might barely acknowledge them, but sometimes we stop, look around and ask "What's This Nonsense?!" One woman sets out to examine and question today's trends, rites of passage and enigmas on our behalf and then delivers her hilarious conclusions to the rest of us in a witty, sharp-tongued stand-up show. "What's This Nonsense?!" is a hybrid format which combines comedy with real life documentary encounters and scripted scenes. We follow the show's host as she goes on investigative journeys to interview experts, conduct hands-on research and compare her findings with her own life experiences. She questions everything from the popularity of plastic surgery to the desire to have a family, she analyses the value of having an interest in art and physical fitness, and she dares to challenge the importance of religious rituals... "What's This Nonsense?!" tackles all the taboo questions that you have ever considered, but been too afraid to ask, with highly amusing and insightful results!
