We follow the show's host as she goes on investigative journeys to interview experts, conduct hands-on research and compare her findings with her own life experiences. She questions everything from the popularity of plastic surgery to the desire to have a family, she analyses the value of having an interest in art and physical fitness, and she dares to challenge the importance of religious rituals...
