Zvika hides from Lettie the fact that he’s been getting Botox injections from their neighbor, the plastic surgeon. Meanwhile, Lettie’s due date is very close, and Lettie decides she wants this birth to be perfect. Yardena is angry at Zvika and Lettie when she hears they’re looking to hire a “live-in” nanny for after the twins are born. Professor Stephen Hawking is a guest of Tel Aviv’s City Hall, and Shuli, Zvika’s ex, is in charge of organizing the event honoring him at the Mayor’s residence. Zvika asks her to get him the hosting gig for the event. But Gal decides to look into how Stephen Hawking can talk, discovers the truth, and decides to expose the fact that Stephen Hawking’s voice is all playback. The episode ends on a cliffhanger—Lettie goes into labor, and she and Zvika can’t get out of the house due to roadblocks set up around the neighborhood for the Stephen Hawking event.
