Anat needs to write a concluding opinion on all her patients but finds it difficult to write a summary of Niko's treatment. The imminent separation is harder for her than expected. The crisis between Anat and Hanan gets worse and Hanan wants them to go to couples counseling. Anat finds it hard to function between the hostel shutting down and the difficulties at home. When Hanan leaves her, she is doing her best to function as a single mother. While her children are with her, Anat has to deal with a violent incident at the hostel, making things even harder with Hanan, whose upset his kids had to witness that. While Hanan is at a session with his therapist, Anat bursts into his clinic. She confronts the therapist, claiming that he is ruining her marriage. In response, he suggests that Niko is the one she truly loves.
