Gidi and Aharoni arrive in Yunnan Province in southern China following "Yiliang Duck" - a famous duck dish found in the area and around which an entire industry has developed. On the way, they reach remote villages that no human foot has ever trodden, and are familiar with a noodle dish based on an ancient folk legend.
