She is shut out entirely. After a disturbing encounter with the local toy seller, whose toy was inexplicably found in Kfir's bedroom, the restless Yael begins an investigation of her own. Naama comes round from her surgery to discover that the crime scene was not adequately handled, which troubles her greatly. She discharges herself early from the hospital and discovers that Kfir's body has already been examined and taken for burial.
