Shiri Azugi, a 30 year old failing actress that looks like she is 17, is dumped by her boyfriend, Nimrod, and fired from her job at the bird sanctuary. She has no money for rent so she is forced to join her stoner friend, Liraz, at a bartending gig for the police department. Dudi, one of the detectives (that wants to sleep with Shiri), gives her a ride home and catches Nimrod with a box of ecstasy pills that have eyes printed on them. While this is happening, Assaf, the principal of the school, receives an award from the mayor and meets Gitit, the daughter of the millionaire that is funding his new education project. Francisco runs into Amos, his adopted son who is now a criminal and has returned to the country after years living abroad. Nofar, the high school student, takes an "Eye" (an ecstasy pill) and collapses at a school dance.
